Initiate Your Request
Log into your KTS account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
